Supplemental Privacy Notice for California Residents under the CCPA/CPRA

This California Privacy Notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies solely to residents of the State of California. This notice is provided pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (CPRA).

- From your organization: Information provided by your employer or the organization that contracts with us for Services.
- Service providers: Information from analytics providers and business partners.

We collect and use personal information for the following business purposes:

People.Health does not sell your personal information. We do not sell personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration as defined under the CCPA/CPRA.
People.Health does not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not share personal information with third parties for targeted advertising purposes as defined under the CPRA.

As a California resident, you have the following rights:
Right to Know
You have the right to request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the business purposes for collecting the information, and the categories of third parties with whom we share personal information.
Right to Delete
You have the right to request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions provided by law (e.g., legal compliance, completing transactions, security).
Right to Correct
You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you.
Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing
Although we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA, you may still submit an opt-out request. We will honor such requests.
Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information
You have the right to limit our use and disclosure of sensitive personal information to only what is necessary to provide the Services.
Right to Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights. We will not deny you Services, charge you different prices, provide a different level of quality, or suggest that you may receive a different price or quality of Services.
6. How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise your California privacy rights, you may:

We will verify your identity before processing your request. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf by providing written authorization.
We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days. If we need additional time (up to 90 days total), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
7. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
People.Health does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. If our practices change in the future, we will update this notice and provide a mechanism for you to opt out.
8. Retention of Personal Information
We retain each category of personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the business purposes described in this notice, or as required by law. Retention periods are determined based on the nature of the information, the purposes for processing, and applicable legal requirements.
9. Financial Incentive Programs
We do not offer financial incentives or price differences in exchange for the collection, retention, or sale of personal information.
10. Changes to This Notice
We may update this California Privacy Notice from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this notice periodically.
